What is 925 Silver?
925 Silver is metal that is comprised of 92.5% of silver and 7.5% of copper.
What is gold plating?
When a piece of jewelry has a gold plating, it means that the piece of jewelry has a coating of gold. The jewelry from Zahari Jewelry is gold plated with 18k gold. The core of the jewelery is made of 925 silver.
Do any of your products contain nickel?
All pieces are nickel free.

How much is shipping?
The shipping fee depends on the destination country and will be added to the shopping cart after all delivery information has been filled in.

When do I get my order delivered?
Orders placed Monday - Thursday will begin processing the next business day.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
Our normal delivery times within Sweden are 2-5 business days. Longer delivery times may occur for orders sent outside Sweden depending on destination.
Orders ship with delivery confirmations which can be used to track your package.
We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the carrier.
Please note that we cannot guarantee precise delivery dates.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Sweden.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
For all destinations outside of the EU, customers may face import and duty taxes.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Zahari Jewelry is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer gift wrapping.
How will my jewelry be packed?
The jewelry boxes and shipping boxes are FSC® certified and environmentally friendly.
All jewelery is delivered in a jewelery box.
How long is my gift card valid?
Your Zahari Jewelry Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
It can be used as payment for full or partial purchases on our website.
What happens if I don’t use the full amount at once?
Any remaining balance will stay on your card and can be used for future purchases within the 12-month validity period.
Can I exchange my gift card for cash?
No, gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
