Returns/exchange policy

We hope that you love your new purchase but if for any reason you need to return your order, you've got 14 days to send items back to us from the day you received it.

Always email us zahari.jewelry@outlook.com before sending back your product, and let us know your order nr and what product you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we´ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

If you regret your purchase, the jewelry must be in the same condition as when you received it.

We do not accept returns of jewelry that have been used and unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. 

Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer the opportunity to change your products directly. A refund will be made to the original account for the products you return. You can place a new order at any time if you wish to receive other products. The products should be in the same condition as when you received them. Products can only be returned within 14 days of receiving them.

Returning process

The returning process is under buyers responsibility. Enclose information about name, address and order number when returning a product. Remember to pack the package carefully, you are responsible for the transport risk on return. This means that you are responsible for the goods until they have been handed over to us. If you want to be absolutely sure that your return arrives, it is best to send it as a postal package instead of a letter, as the package has a parcel number that can be tracked.

Refunds will be transformed back to the account where the payment in the first place came from,
once it has arrived to us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the item is defective. 

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
