Zahari Jewelry accepts secure online payments via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and other available payment options at checkout.

All prices shown on the website include VAT where applicable. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or fees.

For all destinations outside of the EU, customers may face import and duty taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Zahari Jewelry is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Delivery and Shipment​

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over 900 SEK.

​

For orders under 900 SEK, our standard shipping rates apply:

• Sweden — 59 SEK

• EU — 109 SEK

• Rest of world — 199 SEK

Our normal delivery times within Sweden are 2-5 business days. Longer delivery times may occur for orders sent outside Sweden depending on destination.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and tracking number.

Which allows you to track the shipment at all times. ​If something is incorrect in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us by email to zahari.jewelry@outlook.com.

All orders are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden via PostNord. When the package arrives in your country, the local post office usually takes over the shipping. ​​

Zahari Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities.​

During busy periods, holidays or unforeseen delays, delivery may take a little longer.

Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Zahari Jewelry cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. 

If you notice that any information in your order confirmation is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at zahari.jewelry@outlook.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once your order has been processed or shipped.

Unclaimed or returned packages

If a package is returned to us because it was not collected, the address was incorrect or the delivery could not be completed, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you would like the package to be shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply.

Gift Card Terms

• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Can be used as payment for full or partial purchases on our website.

• Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases within the validity period.

• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.​​

Right of withdrawal / Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you received your item.​

Condition of the item you have returned

​You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to Zahari Jewelry to evaluate the item's condition.

Warranty

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.
