Payment

Zahari Jewelry accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa/Mastercard & Paypal.

All prices on the website include VAT.

Zahari Jewelry uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.

Customs and import taxes

For all destinations outside of the EU, customers may face import and duty taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Zahari Jewelry is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Delivery and Shipment

Shipping costs are added to the shopping cart after all the information has been filled in.

Shipping cost is based on you delivery address location.

Free shipping on orders over 900 SEK

Our normal delivery times within Sweden are 2-5 business days. Longer delivery times may occur for orders sent outside Sweden depending on destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and tracking number. Which allows you to track the shipment at all times. If something is incorrect in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us by email to zahari.jewelry@outlook.com.

All orders are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden via Postnord. When the package arrives in your country, the local post office usually takes over the shipping.

If you regret your purchase - Withdrawal

Zahari Jewelry offers a 14 days full refund on items purchased. You have 14 days to refund the items from the date you received them.

If you regret your purchase, the jewelry must be in the same condition as when you received it.

We do not accept returns of jewelry that have been used.

Always email us zahari.jewelry@outlook.com before sending back your item, and let us know your order nr and what item you would like to return.

We do not allow exchanges: simply return you original purchase, and place a new order.

Gift Card Terms

Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can be used as payment for full or partial purchases on our website.
Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases within the validity period.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Condition of the item you have returned

You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to Zahari Jewelry to evaluate the item's condition.

Zahari Jewelry'Refund Policy applies to all refunds.

Warranty

Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to Zahari Jewelry in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider af maximum of 1 month as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually. See also Zahari Jewelry' refund policy.

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others. They are only registered in our customer directory. You can delete your information at any time.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with Zahari Jewelry, we need the following information:

The personal information is registered with Zahari Jewelry, and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.

We do not store and transmit customer information encrypted.
